    Came in today and wanted a black hoodie in medium. I couldn't see anyone in the clothes section but a lovely chap called Robin came over from some other section (stuff for the house section? Haha) and saved me messing around trying to find what I wanted.Didn't get what I wanted but it's nice to see some good old fashioned quick easy customer service.Cheers Robin!

    Do not recommend at all I went in early morning a woman called Jackie was on the self scan tills or at least meant to be from what I can tell she huffed and panted about taking security tags off she moaned about sorting a weight mismatch bare in mind I am the only customer at self scan lol she was very rude and this sort of behaviour is unacceptable I return this morning and straight away the other member of staff who was stocking shelves at the time yesterday looked at me and turned round and talked to her colleague so it was as obviously a talk about myself I shall be making a formal complaint to head office it’s disgusting behaviour and feels like I walk into a kids playground

    Not friendly today asda ,,staff need experience of customer training, as they aren't helpful ,don't listen, and are some, rude not all just the ones I came across ,I was once customer facing and I was trained to smile be curtesous and most of all be helpful ,and not roll my eyes, or flick my hand at me ,Very disappointing experience i had today ,very judgemental experience, listening is a must ,you must listen first before you do the opposite, please listen
